Welcome to Orca128 (referred to in these Terms as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player", "you") and Orca128 governing your access to and use of all services provided at https://orca128.cam and its associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and downloadable applications (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the Orca128 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform and must not register an account. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is illegal is expressly prohibited, and users are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with local laws.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on Orca128, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Orca128 enforces a strict 21+ policy and does not permit access by individuals below this age under any circumstances.
• You must be a human individual acting in your own capacity. Registrations by automated systems, bots, agents, or on behalf of third parties are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Territory.
• You must not be subject to any form of self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or voluntary exclusion programme — whether imposed by Orca128 or any external gambling support organisation.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the law of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of Orca128 or its affiliated companies, unless prior written consent has been obtained.

When registering an Account with Orca128, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are required to provide, at a minimum:

• A valid and active email address that you personally control
• A unique username and a secure password
• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Your date of birth
• Your country of residence and a valid mobile number

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the Orca128 Platform at any given time. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms. Orca128 employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where such accounts are found:

• All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed
• All balances across duplicate accounts, including any winnings, may be forfeited at Orca128's discretion
• Any bonuses claimed through duplicate accounts will be voided

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Orca128 strongly recommends using a unique password not used on any other platform. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. Orca128 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Orca128 is committed to operating in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gambling regulations. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal is processed.

Documents Required

• Photo ID: A clear image of a valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), Driver's Licence, or valid Passport
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three (3) months
• Selfie with ID: A photograph of you holding your ID document next to your face
• Payment Method Verification: A screenshot or confirmation of the e-wallet or bank account used for deposits, showing your registered name

Verification Timeframe

KYC submissions are typically reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. Gold VIP members benefit from priority review processing, typically completed within 12 hours. Orca128 reserves the right to request additional documentation where verification cannot be completed based on initial submissions.

Orca128 supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods, enabling fast and convenient deposits for players across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and beyond. The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• E-Wallets (Instant): Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow
• Bank Transfer / FPX (5–10 minutes): Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank
• Cryptocurrency (15–30 minutes): USDT TRC20, BTC

Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM 50 (e-wallets and bank transfer); equivalent of approximately MYR 100 for cryptocurrency
• Maximum deposit: No upper limit is imposed on verified accounts; unverified accounts may be subject to daily caps pending KYC completion

Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts held by family members — are not permitted. Where a third-party deposit is detected, Orca128 reserves the right to hold the funds pending investigation and may reverse the transaction. Players are not charged a deposit fee by Orca128; however, your payment provider may impose charges that are outside of our control.

Players may request withdrawals of Real Money Funds (i.e., funds not subject to active wagering requirements) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Processing Times

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): 5 – 30 minutes after approval
• Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): 1 – 3 hours after approval
• Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, BTC): 15 – 45 minutes, subject to blockchain confirmation

Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be fully completed and approved
• All active bonus wagering requirements associated with the withdrawing balance must be met
• The withdrawal must be routed to a payment method previously used for deposit where feasible
• Account must be in good standing with no outstanding security flags or open investigation

Withdrawal Limits

Withdrawal limits vary by Account tier. Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of MYR 50,000. Silver members may withdraw up to MYR 100,000 per day. Gold VIP members are subject to individually negotiated limits. Orca128 reserves the right to pay large winnings in structured instalments where the amount exceeds standard processing thresholds.

Refused or Delayed Withdrawals

Orca128 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where fraud is suspected, where KYC documentation is incomplete, or where the withdrawal would result in a negative balance due to pending bonus requirements. In such cases, the Player will be notified and given the opportunity to resolve the outstanding issue before the withdrawal is reprocessed.

Orca128 offers a range of bonuses, promotional offers, loyalty rewards, and incentive programmes. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, as well as the general conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Orca128 reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses where abuse, exploitation, or systematic wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play are detected.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period of the bonus. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited along with any associated winnings.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are played first when a combined Bonus and Real Money balance is in use.
• Certain game categories — including live dealer tables, some table games, and specific slot titles — may contribute at reduced rates or not at all toward wagering requirements. Refer to the specific bonus terms for applicable game contributions.
• Maximum bet limits apply while bonus wagering is active. Bets exceeding the stated maximum during a bonus wagering period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

Loyalty Programme

The Orca128 Loyalty Programme operates across three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold VIP — as described on the Platform. Loyalty Points are earned on eligible real-money wagers. Tier status is calculated on a rolling 30-day basis and may be adjusted downward if the qualifying point threshold is not maintained. Orca128 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Loyalty Programme at any time with reasonable notice provided to affected members.

All games and betting markets on the Orca128 Platform are governed by the specific rules published within each game interface or sports betting section. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market only.

Casino Games

All casino games on the Platform are supplied by licensed international game studios and use independently audited random number generator (RNG) systems. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent the theoretical long-term average return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Results of each game round are final and cannot be reversed except in the case of a verifiable technical malfunction.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including live football, Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events — are subject to the specific betting rules published in the sportsbook section. In-play bets accepted after the relevant trigger event (e.g., a goal, a round end) are void. Orca128 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or delay settlement where data integrity cannot be confirmed.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game round, Orca128 will investigate the incident and, where possible, restore the game to the state immediately preceding the malfunction. Where this is not technically feasible, bets affected by a confirmed malfunction may be voided and stakes returned. Wins produced as a result of a software malfunction — whether in the Player's favour or not — are void and not payable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Orca128 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Using the Platform for any money laundering or financial crime
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or unfair play in multiplayer games
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or complete bonus wagering requirements
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or system vulnerabilities — any winnings generated through an exploit are void
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing members of the Orca128 support team
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or tamper with any part of the Platform
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory

All content on the Orca128 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game software, and underlying code — is the property of Orca128 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform
• Modify or create derivative works based on Platform content
• Use any Orca128 trademark, logo, or brand name without prior written consent
• Systematically extract or scrape content from the Platform by automated means

Orca128 respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. Game content provided by licensed studios remains the intellectual property of those respective providers, subject to the licences granted to Orca128.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orca128 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data arising from your use of the Platform
• Indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses of any kind
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information provided on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or promotional materials
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond Orca128's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, force majeure events, or third-party system failures
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials

In all circumstances where Orca128 is found to be liable, the maximum aggregate liability of Orca128 to you in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

Orca128 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a suite of tools to help players manage their activity. Orca128 is an entertainment platform — it is not a financial product and must not be used as a substitute for income or financial planning.

Available Self-Management Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly in Account Settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications that alert you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Optional pop-up notifications showing your net session win/loss at configured intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Temporary exclusions range from 30 days to 12 months. Permanent exclusions are irrevocable. Requests are actioned within 24 hours.
• Account Cooling-Off: A short-term break from the Platform ranging from 24 hours to 30 days, during which deposits and bets are suspended.

Orca128 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or financial crime
• Use of the Platform in a manner that may be harmful to Orca128 or other users
• Chargeback initiated through a payment provider without contacting Orca128 first
• Player-requested self-exclusion or cooling-off period

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, any Real Money Funds not subject to fraud investigation or bonus forfeiture will be returned to the Player via the most recently used withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification being complete. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will not be returned upon closure where a Terms violation is the basis for closure.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting Orca128 support through the in-platform live chat. Please note that closure requests made for responsible gambling reasons will be treated as self-exclusion and processed accordingly with appropriate safeguards applied.

Orca128 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — particularly where they affect Player rights, bonus conditions, or withdrawal procedures — Orca128 will provide reasonable notice through one or more of the following channels:

• A notification displayed in the Player's Account dashboard upon next login
• An email sent to the registered email address on file
• A prominent notice on the Platform homepage or this Terms page

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulatory standards. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall first be referred to Orca128's internal dispute resolution process.

Internal Dispute Resolution

Players who wish to raise a formal dispute should contact Orca128 support in writing via the email address listed in Section 17. Orca128 will acknowledge all formal disputes within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a final decision within 14 calendar days of receiving all relevant information. Complex cases may take longer; the Player will be kept informed of progress throughout.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or severed from these Terms, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
